We understand plans can shift. To ensure fairness and protect the flow of our calendar: Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total service, including gratuity and extras. Rescheduling within 48 hours requires a $75 rebooking fee. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals 10–15 minutes late will be charged a $50 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled, your deposit is forfeited, and rebooking is required. By booking, you agree to these terms.
